Michael Meagher, MSW, LCSW, CAP

Michael Meagher, MSW, LCSW, CAP, is the Clinical Director with more than 13 years of experience in the behavioral health and substance use treatment field. He holds a Master of Social Work from Samford University and is both a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Addiction Professional in the state of Florida. Michael is also EMDR trained and specializes in co-occurring disorders, trauma-informed care, and addiction treatment.

Throughout his career, Michael has worked across multiple levels of care, beginning in recovery support services before advancing into counseling, operations, and executive clinical leadership. As Clinical Director, he oversees clinical programming, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, utilization review, and multidisciplinary treatment coordination. He is passionate about creating individualized, evidence-based treatment experiences that support long-term recovery and meaningful personal growth. “This is not just my profession, it’s my passion.”
