Nastasya Aracena, CADC, CPC - Clinical Therapist NJ

About Me:

Nastasya (Nas) Aracena is a dedicated Clinical Therapist specializing in addiction and trauma, with extensive experience working across multiple levels of care, including PHP and IOP settings. She utilizes an integrative, compassionate, and evidence-based approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, and solution-focused therapy to support clients in achieving sustainable recovery and emotional healing.

Nastasya is currently in the process of becoming EMDR-trained, further expanding her ability to facilitate deeper trauma resolution. She holds a CADC in the state of New Jersey and is actively advancing her clinical credentials while completing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with emphasis in trauma, finalizing her LCADC and LAC.

Her areas of interest include trauma recovery, addiction treatment, purpose-driven living, and the integration of mental health with personal and professional development. Nastasya’s personal recovery journey—choosing to discontinue alcohol and other substances used during her adolescence—fuels her deep commitment to this work. This lived experience allows her to connect with clients authentically while modeling resilience, growth, and transformation. She is deeply passionate about empowering individuals to break through trauma and limiting patterns and build lives aligned with clarity, purpose, fulfillment and long-term success.
